White PVC film coated with permanent adhesive on a liner
 
Characteristics:
The film is designed to accept a variety of solvent, eco solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. The adhesive produces permanent bonds to a variety of common substrates used in graphics applications.
 
Face Stock:
83214 White matte flexible PVC film, approx. 3.2 mils thick
83216 White gloss flexible PVC film, approx. 3.0 mils thick
 
Adhesive: GP2, clear permanent adhesive, approx. 0.8 to 1.0 mils thick
 
Liner: G140, 70# layflat liner, approx. 5.3 mils thick Physical Properties:
 
Dimensional Stability: Good under normal conditions. Heat and age may accelerate
vinyl shrinkage.
 
Minimum Application Temperature: Approx. +4.4°C
 
Service Temperature: Approx. -40°C to +82.2°C
 
Expected Exterior Exposure: Up to 4 years

Adhesion (PSTC-101) - after 24 hours dwell at approx. 21.1°C and 50% relative humidity: To stainless steel 40 oz./inch width

Water Resistance: Limited immersion resistance
 
Humidity Resistance: Good
 
Recommended Application Areas:
Interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates and point-of-purchase displays.
