Characteristics:

• The film is a high quality opaque matte white film with excellent outdoor durability. It provides integrity against removal, helping to prevent vandals’ removal from the subway.

• Face Stock: Matte white flexible polymeric opaque vinyl film, approx. 3.5 mils thick

• Adhesive: GPO1, clear high-tack permanent adhesive, approx. 0.8 to 1.0 mils thick

• Liner: G170, two-sided poly coated 90# layflat release liner, approx. 6.5 mils thick

Physical Properties:

• Peel Adhesion: 48 oz./ inch minimum

• Solvent Resistance: Good resistance to intermittent exposure to petroleum oils, grease, aliphatic hydrocarbons and gasoline

• Water Resistance: Excellent

• Humidity Resistance: Excellent

• Minimum Application Temperature: Approx. -6.7°C ※Service Temperature: Approx. -40°C to +93.3°C Expected Exterior Exposure: Up to 5 years

• Printing Processes: Designed to be printed with high

• quality screen printing inks formulated for flexible vinyl. May also be printed using solvent and UV digital processes.

Recommended Application Areas: 1, 2 and 3 sheet subway advertising posters, architectural signage, commercial-retail signage, industrial identification decals, safety decals, point-of-purchase graphics and other decals requiring extended life.
